Pirates @ Phillies – Spring Training 2011

The Pirates take on the Phillies at Bright House Field in Clearwater from Day Three of the Fantasy Baseball Dugout Spring Training 2011 Tour.  Roy Halladay starts on the mound and Ben Francisco hits his second homerun of the Spring.  Second baseman Neil Walker homered for the Pirates as the Pirates defeated Philadelphia 4-3.

BallparkBob takes a look at two Pirates that were mid-season call-ups last year, Jose Tabata and Pedro Alvarez.  Speed is Tabata’s game as he stole 19 bases last season and Alvarez’s game is power as he stroked 16 homeruns last year.  Two good up and coming Pirate players that can help your fantasy baseball club in the 2011 season.
