Pitch or Ditch
One of the most efficient fantasy baseball strategies is to take advantage of beneficial pitching match-ups for your squad. Here’s three starting pitchers that we really like during this week of inter-league play.

HUNTING FOR W's: Tommy takes on Bucs and 'Stros this week.
Tommy Hunter, SP, Rangers –
Tommy Hunter has a good season going. In three starts, Hunter is 2-0 with a 0.90 WHIP and a .168 batting average against to go with a 2.08 ERA. This week, Hunter’s match ups are like shooting fish in a barrel as the Texas right hander takes on the struggling Pirates and Astros.
Gio Gonzalez, SP, A’s –
We’ve been high on Gio Gonzalez for a while now. And, Gonzalez thrives at home. He’s 4-2, 2.90 with a 1.02 WHIP when pitching in Oakland. This week, the Reds and Pirates come to town. Expect Gonzalez to be 6-2 at week’s end.
Mike Leake, SP, Reds –
Mike Leake is 5-1, 3.02 in 83.1 innings in 2010. He has a respectable WHIP of 1.40. This week, in inter-league play, Cincy takes on Oakland and Cleveland. That’s good news for not leaking a lot of runs.
