For the second consecutive year, Heidi Miller DeRosa has been named Fantasy Baseball Dugout’s Baseball’s Hottest Wife. And, this year, it was by a landslide.

DeRosa, thanks to a major push from the midwest region, bested Jordan Schneider in the biggest landslide since the Nixon-McGovern election.
