		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think so William.  The Nationals have shown that they will spend a little now with the signing of Adam Dunn.  I know this was an off-year for big money to free agents due to the economy, but Washington did pay $20 million for two years for Dunn.  The Nationals have a new stadium with some very expensive seats and they need to gain the respect of the fans and get the deal done, even though they have to deal with Boras.]]></description>
