The guy can perform while batteries are thrown his way – something most players don’t have to deal with. Perhaps that’s why he’s a 100 in PS2.

JD Drew was rated 100 in MLB 2k7 for the PS2. One of the greatest players of all time, apparently.

He really has had an up and down career. Remember the time he went to Philly and had batteries thrown at him on the field? I was at that game. Phils fans still hate the guy, but he has had one heck of a season so far. On pace to be a career year.

I can’t believe how far Drew has come. From being a hot prospect, a so-so player, battling injuries and now an All Star.
